REQUEST FOR TELEPHONIC APPEARANCE AT PRELIMINARY HEARINGS

Effective immediately requests for telephonic appearance at preliminary hearings on Chapter 13 day for
Judge Starzynski should be made directly to chambers and not to the Chapter 13 office.   The request
must be made in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on the prior business day.  All notices of preliminary
hearings for Judge Starzynski should contain the following notice:

Counsel/parties may appear via phone if a written request is received in the court's chambers no later than
5:00 p.m.the prior business day.  For this purpose only the request may be faxed to chambers at
(505) 348-2432.

Requests for telephonic appearance at preliminary hearings for Judge McFeeley Chapter 13 day should
still be made to the Chapter 13 office, (505) 243-1335 ext. 3020, no later than two business days prior
to the hearing day.
